Born and raised in Argentina, I moved to the US with my first corporate job in my early 20's. Over my 30+ year corporate life in international markets, I have had the opportunity to build successful executive leadership teams and have helped hundreds of executives launch and develop their careers. I became aware that I had a passion for talent development and I invested a high percentage of my time developing the skills and expertise in this area. Over the past 15 years, it became my purpose and calling to help young executives navigate the corporate world and launch their journey into senior executive roles.
My Story
I have over 30 years of experience as a senior executive and general manager in Fortune 500 companies.
These days, you will find me coaching, mentoring and helping executives develop and execute on their leadership development. I help them build teams that are a force to be reckoned with.
My focus is on fostering a safe and diverse culture of motivated people that not just succeed, but excel through self awareness and intentional executive development roadmaps.
I believe in a digital future, the shared-economy, disrupting in a collaborative way that benefits the entire value chain, and in diversity as a secret sauce for driving results.
The skill I’m most proud of is my capacity to harness the power of organizational culture, behaviors and employee motivations to transform a shared vision into tangible, bottom-line results. If you can tap into that source, that’s where it's at.
Aside from coaching, mentoring and working on team dynamics, I have managed a multi-million dollar P&L, and also served as a board member for multiple non-profit organizations.
